Here's a suggestion. Make is easier to get to the forums.
Currently, from the eye page you have to click on icuforum.net and then after wondering what to do next realise that you have to click on one of the links on the left to find a forum.....
My suggestion is drop them straight into the General forum from the eye page

I can appreciate that ... But, if the forums were more active, the first page you get should be more about ICU and what's going on (another place to sell ourselves) ... right now, there isn't much there, but in time ... in time there should be other things to post on the main page ... As far as the eye decision ... It was thought that the initial page for any ICU you site would be the eye staring at you ... Once someone gets a little weirded out having an eye stare at them, a little moving of the mouse will show that those little dots are actually links ... We have a guy that never pays us who has a lot of these sorts of interesting sites, and I guess we were influenced by him ...
