I am wondering how many people out there are actually using CSS?

I know it is great and all but is it worth the time and effort to convert all of my old website over to CSS?

Depends what you're referring to ... Making a whole site using CSS, or simply using it for your text styles, etc ... I personaly still like using tables to format a site, and then CSS to format the text displays ... But there is a "movement" of those that say you should get away from tables ... Probably the best place to look is http://www.w3c.org ...
